Insight Group - This small group discusses the phases and stages of life-controlling addictions. Participants learn about the process of defenses, denial and delusion that strengthen the hold of addiction. This very practical group is beneficial to anyone wanting to move into a healthier life and understand how to live free of addiction.
Stepping Into Freedom - This 12-step group takes the foundation of the Insight Group and applies it in practical steps of recovery. These steps are similar in structure to AA, but with a faith-based focus. Participants in this group are asked to keep a step-by-step diary and goal chart as they work out the 12 steps. Concerned Persons Group - Do you have a loved one, friend or family member battling addiction? This small group can help you understand how to walk through the process. Topics covered include setting boundaries, avoiding enabling and codependency and letting go and letting God. You will learn tools to help you communicate with your loved one during difficult situations. You will also find common ground with other people who are dealing with similar situations. Although the above three groups above are the most common, we also offer these group studies when the need arises or upon request:
